With regard to White-winged Doves, Ken Pals' statement, "Might we have
nesting WWDOs soon on Colorado Springs' westside." could very well come to
fruition if it isn't true already.  For several years Pueblo's Sunset Park
neighborhood has been home for some 200 WWDOs that now are expanding into
nearby areas.  For the last couple of years they have been visiting my yard
regularly and now when they come to my tray feeder they become frustrated
with trying to eat with other doves landing on their backs.  So far, 40 is
the largest number I've seen at one time in my back yard.
