While we were patiently waiting for the reappearance of the Brambling (at 
4:25), a few of us had a brief view of two Common Redpolls ~2:45.  They 
didn't partake in the Thanksgiving feast on the bridge.  The redpolls 
perched on a tree to the right of the bridge just long enough for an ID 
before flying off towards the east.  At the time, the sighting didn't 
elicit the enthusiasm it maybe should have.
