Good afternoon all! Thanks for your many kind reponses off list. At this point I think it would be appropriate to drop the whole matter; it is a mountain being made out of a molehill. I know that there have been many such situations over the years (none of which, until now, involved me), and I thought it would be informative for everyone to know what is lurking out there, in case you get any similar harassment.
