Hey all,
I've been spending time at Pingree Park for the last 2 weeks and have
seen a number of life-birds... Of particular interest were: a
constantly calling breeding pair of Cordilleran Flycatchers, Three-
toed Woodpecker, breeding Red-naped Sapsuckers, Pine Grosbeak,
American Pipit, and a few Olive-sided Flycatchers. All of these birds
have been seen regularly on CSU Pingree Park campus around the main
buildings and dining hall. Feel free to come up and check them out!
It's a beautiful place that is worth the drive regardless of what you
see! For directions, see page 19, grid E-6 of the Delorme atlas.
