complex, Boulder County, this afternoon, Wednesday, Dec. 26th. Despite the
recent cold snap, all three of the reservoirs are completely ice-free. Leggett,

I stopped by Valmont proper (the 75th St. entrance) at lunch today to
test my cold weather gear. The ever-so-slight north wind coupled with the 11F
temperatures made viewing anything difficult due to tear build-up in my eyes.

To my surprise, there were only a few gulls out there. About 80 Ringers, and
