This morning in Sondermann Park (Colorado Springs) I heard distinctive
alarm calls of a *Winter Wren*. I didn't have binoculars with me, so wasn't
able to see the bird well, but it was very vocal, giving mostly agitated
two-note *jip* calls. It was along the creek just north of the chain gate,
The Winter Wren is still at Fountain Creek, where it has been seen before
(across from Mile Marker 18 and the concrete gazebo), west of the path.
