In the past week, I have banded over 75 Pine Siskins at my feeders at home in
lower Skyway in SW ColoSpgs-
We have hundreds there a time, and apparently they rotate because we have no
recaps, and we are not seeing bands on any of the birds coming in.

After moving into this new development 8 years ago, we are just now finally
enjoying some resident birds
visiting our feeders and bird bath. Among those are many siskins who are at
the thistle daily and a Downy and
Flicker who regularly share a suet block. Our siskins have been regular daily
