I don't live near fields, but in a residential neighborhood of houses with standard (average) sized lots. I get my "bird fix" most of the time as I look out the sliding glass doors to multiple feeders. At about 4 PM, a Say's phoebe land on top of one of my feeder posts for 15 seconds (photo), then went on his wasy. New yard bird.
