I am having this *exact* same problem.  I detailed it in the Mac developer 
forums.  I can launch fine with signing turned off.  I can't launch with 
signing turned on.

I just tried redoing provisioning and certs from scratch.  No go.  I can't 
submit my app until I can sign it.

Have you found a solution?
