General Summary:


Our client is looking for an experienced Mac OS X developer, someone who can 
create a truly exceptional Cocoa UI for the Mac.  Experience with embedding 
WebKit views and communicating with those views will be a key talent to making 
this happen, and if you're so inclined, then you're the right fit.



Responsibilities


  a.. Participate in design and implementation of the MacOS X user experience 
of our product. 
  b.. Maintenance of product release process.  Fix those bugs, keep our 
customers happy. 
  c.. Regular status updates and communication with management.   Snacks 
provided. 
  d.. Communication with product development leads, product definitions team, 
and QA group. 
  e.. Team code review and maintenance. Always a million laughs.  But we learn 
a lot. 
  f.. Team members training and mentoring.  Makes you feel old, but brilliant. 
  g.. Prepare and maintain project technical documentation. Always a popular 
pastime. 



Requirements


  a.. BS in Computer Science or equivalent.  No History majors. 
  b.. 3 or more years experience in development of  MacOS X applications.  We 
mean it. 
  c.. Have implemented at least one app with client-hosted web views, 
Quicktime, or Flash. 
  d.. Solid knowledge of MacOS X WebKit, including WebKit plugins.  Be prepared 
to prove it. 
  e.. Excellent problem analysis and debugging skills.  This is a big win, any 
day of the week. 
  f.. Sufficient verbal and written people skills to get by without being 
tarred and feathered. 
  g.. Able to work within a team of professionals, internally as well as 
outside consultants. 
  h.. Present information to team members and management. This is pretty 
laid-back. 
  i.. Analyze requirements and propose appropriate solutions.  We love this. 
  j.. Excellent communication skills. 
  k.. Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal 
supervision. 
  l.. Must demonstrate hands-on approach.  Whiteboard work does not count.
