Hello, I have a selectable non-editable NSComboBox that displays a path chosen via a NSOpenPanel. Its list is used as a history of the most recently selected paths. I use its field editor's scrollRangeToVisible method to scroll the path so that the file name and extension are visible. However, as soon as the user selects another field the scrolling is lost, displaying only the leftmost part of the path. I presume this is by design since there's only one field editor for the window. If so, is there an alternative way to accomplish this? If not, could you please show the right way of doing this.
