[myTableView reloadData]; will reload the entire (visible) table.
If you want the new data to be inserted in an animated fashion, you can use the
-insertRowsAtIndexPaths:withRowAnimation: method (and similar variants).

I want to stuff them into the tableview, however the table's delegate
methods fire before the XML is done, so if I do a [array count] it will be 0
unt
