The subject sort of sums it all up, but I'm not looking for what might cause 
this.

What the main question is here is, "is our app causing the wake ups or is the 
system and what exactly constitutes a wake?"

FYi, our app uses PJ_SIP and we have ipChange notifications being sent from a 
2011 copy of Tony Million's reachability wrapper.  Just pretty crap to dig 
through.  Well, a hideous time sink is more appropriate.

Looking at things from the other side, if one client gets this error regularly 
and none of us can reproduce it, just which type of operations on iOS when the 
app is in the background and we have a SIP connection to our server, (possibly 
have put the device in airplane mode overnight), just which types of operations 
could constitute a wake?

I'd rather not set the background task to take 5 minutes once the app gets a 
wake.  It would be of more use for us to actually know what "wake" type thing 
is starting this.

What constitutes a wake on iOS when the app is in the background?
