Folks,
When the incremental-processing attribute of the XSLT-processor is set to
true, the document() XSLT function returns a string and NOT a node-set
(as
it is supposed to do).
Hence, if you want something like:
xsl:copy-of select=document('test.xml')/
to work properly, youd should modify
The dev list is a better place to discuss submitting
patches. I've cc'd this reply there as well.

Whilst I now have a sitemap DTD that validates all the existing
sitemaps, it doesn't fail all the examples of invalid pipelines in the
lint sitemap:
!-- Pipeline with no map:generate|read|mount|redirect-to|call is illegal
map:pipeline
map:transform
I have just finished further revisions to the draft sitemap. I shall
upload the new version to bugzilla as you read this.
From the current todo.xml:

Ivelin, please update Bugzilla when you apply a patch.
I just wasted time trying to do it as well.
Also, it is not standard practice to add the author tag
for every person who supplies a patch. We would end up with
files which have more lines with author tags than with code.
