This patch contains the required changes to add the jfor.jar (attached) to lib/optional and to activate an RTF version of the refactored "hello world" sample. Note that I also had to modify build.xml, I think depends attributes were missing for the javadocs build. HOW TO TEST RESULTS: http://localhost:8080/cocoon-cvs/samples/welcome should now include a link to the RTF sample in the "hello world" section.
