in the sitemap.log file:

I'm trying to create a Webapp with Cocoon and most of the functionality is simple. The same stuff that the Session Management and Authentication is going to satisfy.
Does anyone know when this functionality will be released as Beta ( I'm under the impressi
Vadim, fp was in Cocoon 1.x. It's a forms processing logicsheet that
will update xml files.

Jan,
well, I use SQLTranformer and not ESQL, for two basic reasons:
1) it does Stored Procedures just fine (and a year before ESQL did)
2) I don't like to be restricted to the generation step when it comes to SQL (as
happens using XSP)... though I have to admit I
dislike XSP all the way

your problem is. But from crude benchmarking I've done.. ESQL is
SIGNIFICANTLY faster than the SQLTransformer.. To experience this, use

I'm sorry to the spam the list like this, but now I've got the feeling
I'm really getting somewhere:
I've set up cocoon-2.0.3 binary release for j2sdk1.4 and added a pool
for MySQL Connector/J .
Now I've actually managed to get some row data from a MySQL database
using SQLTransformer!
But with
Somebody pointed me to the fact that I'd be better off using the most
recent CVS snapshot because I would get more support in getting problems
so solved (true), so I've taken a step back from my mysql problems,
upgraded to j2sdk14 en got the latest CVS snapshot.

Hi all,
I'm trying to make all the forms on
www.superlinksoftware.com/cocoon/samples/bringmethis/ support a "modify"
mode. In order to do that I need to let the user enter his name and
password, submit, and then retrieve the rest of the data and populate it
into the next page's form. I've b

Still struggling with the problems regarding MySQL...instead of using
ESQL I tried SQLTransformer this time. Gives me the WARNING j2sdk1.4

OK! I've finally gotten this thing working in Cocoon 2.0.3!!! Thanks
for your assistance (and patience) Vadim.
So now I can have a document with XML Decln: and Cocoon will now read it, and interpret the
characters properly.
