Try to process it with Xalan directly from command line. Most probably you get some error - YOU need to define XML namespace in both files (= in xml as well as in xsl), with xmlns:xsp="http://[pointer to def here]" attribute. So, try with Xalan, see errors, and then come back, if it will not wor
