I think there is also a proprietary pipeline processor:

But I am not really sure if it's really a pipeline processor.

Are there any other XML publishing frameworks
similar to cocoon.
I found some MVC based frameworks like velocity
andjetspeed but
I don't think they can be compared with cocoon
because they are not
XML based.

use cocoon mounted on $$$ J2EE App
