Hello,
I try your solution on Linux.
I get tomcat-4.0.3 from source, compile and execute with JDK1.4
Ok, my fault. One more correction:
You need to get CVS version of Batik with some bug fixed.

I do this and SVG work, menu in docs work, but I haven't contents in doc

Do you mean http://localhost:8080/cocoon/documentation/ shows navigation
but does not have content?
If yes,

Next I set xml-cocoon2 from CVS (06-mar-2002)
I set all and delete xalan, xerces, batik and xml-apis from cocoon/WEB-INF/lib
(I try change javac.jar with tools.jar without success)

Ok, my fault. One more correction: these steps are for JDK1.3.1. Search
archives, read Cocoon CVS documentation for JDK1.4 issues.

I will note that I got some hangs. In those places, if I hit the
stop
button and and then resubmitted the url, that worked.

PS
I did this using the source distribution of cocoon 2.01. I have not yet
taken the step of removing the xalan, etc. jars from the cocoon.war.
It worked well. I could even access jsp. I was finally able to see xsp.

PS cocoon was running under RH 6.2 with jdk 1.3.1_02. The kernel is
2.2.18 with VA Linux smp hacks.
I get this behaviour
I've also seen this on Cocoon 2.0.1, TC 4.0.1 on RH7.1 kernel 2.4.2-2
and JDK 1.3.1_01. Browser is mozilla is 0.9.7. We all have
sufficiently different setups. I didn't see it with TC3.2.1 and
Cocoon 2RC2 on the same machine. It will either be Cocoon or Tomcat.
I'll try to work it out
