If you're not using %TOMCAT_HOME%\webapp\ROOT, you could either rename
"cocoo

"cocoon" to "ROOT", and restart Tomcat, or edit
%TOMCAT_HOME%\conf\server.xml and point the docBase for the "" context
to webapps/cocoon.
Either way, you remove the offending "cocoon" from the URL.
