Do you have your xml files under the cocoon folder or one of your own.
If so put the images into a folder like shown:
C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\htdocs\YOUR FOLDER\images
YOUR FOLDER = if you have your xml files in a folder called 'guitars'
