That was a great idea that was also brought up before the conference,
but the license that speakers signed specifically stated Code4Lib Web
site as the destination place

Since I have all of the print ones from code4lib, it probably makes sense
to send them to me. However, I'll leave it up to someone else to determine
if electronic is sufficient.

Ed will probably kill me (and rightly so), but to facilitate email
submission of permission forms, I've added a link at the bottom of the
conference page (but above the file attachments) that if you click on it
will set up an email message to Ed that all you need to do is add your name
at the
