I'm working on writing an ALA Library Technology Report (
https://journals.ala.org/ltr) about electronic resource knowledge bases. In
addition to covering the current state of the market and profiling the
various knowledge bases, I'd also like to include a few case studies of

(a) is 880 indexed for title, author or series in other languages?
(b) do you have the arabic language packs installed for the underlying
toolkits (Java, PERL, PHP, etc)?
(c) have you checked that it isn't a L-to-R vs R-to-L issue?

We provide access to Lynda via one workstation (via IP address).
It's not used much. Colleagues and I find it very useful. In school at UIUC
there was university-wide access via Shibboleth, and I saw it used pretty
heavily.
