I heard some CService people have a little mIRC script that checks on every
logins if they were added to channels they were not at last login.
I scripted a script that works really fine. It tells, on every logins, if
was added to new channels. Works fine for everyone, will work

Actually, if CService does decide to open the notes system to all users, it
won't add anything more to the login command. If the user being added
is online when he/she is added, send them a notice, otherwise send them a
note. Biggest addition is only in the ADDUSER command, and it uses a

i'd like to expand on that and have X /notice #channel User added
usereradded to #chan at level
then if a person higher than that sees that this should not be, abuse will
minimise a little more, hence less abuse mail to undernet volunteers.
