I am modding the latest release of ircu. I already have mode +a (channel)
in as MODE_LENIENTMOD. What I am wondering is how I can make is so if a
regular channel member speaks that they don't get a "This channel is
moderated" and that it sends the message to the chanops only. Any ideas
