There are only two flags for opers in IRCu.
Global Oper line O:
and local oper line o:
You have to define your opers in your ircd.conf file.
There is already a info present in the conf, read carefully.

IRCu2.10.07
They didnt work on the latest relases.

Hello,
I'd like to ask why my server shuts down itself whenever I issued an
/connect command
or a leaf server tries to connect our server. I see this kind of error first
time i n my life.
