n the other side of a netsplit that were
reset on this side of the netsplit, stockholm.* was on this side where 29
bans were already set... result 31 bans set, and maxbans does not come into
play... it will however mean that for another ban to be set, 2 existing bans
will need to be removed.

2. the limiting of /stats etc was done in 2.10.10.pl something, when they
started hub hiding. your best option is to upgrade to the latest ircu
version where those options you are after are available.
