[collectd] Patch for multi instance nginx (issue #78)

[collectd] Python notification metadata binding

Hi All, In current collectd python plugin implementation there is no way to receive notification meta-data from python plugin. Is there any plan for adding support of notification metadata to the Python binding? Thanks and Regards, Volodymyr
