I think we need to offer _something_ since direct database manipulation is probably not something most of the data pipeline ops have in their toolboxes; otherwise we wouldn't need to have this "moved data table" feature in the first place. If web UI is not a good solution (I kind of agree), maybe we should add a CLI for that, either under the `airflow` command, or a separate script easily available?
