Unfortunately I'm still seeing the infinite rescheduling issue after
upgrading to Airflow 2.7.2. I believe the issue still revolves around the fact
that the following code returns

Did some more testing and the infinite rescheduling doesn't happen if I set
`checkExistence=True`, but I still believe the infinite rescheduling is a
problem in this particular ca
