@Taragolis I've made some tests, this were the result
MWAA 2.6.3 + Databricks 4.0.0 -> OK
MWAA 2.6.3 + Databricks 4.3.0 -> BUG
MWAA 2.6.3 + Databricks 4.3.3 -> BUG

On the OSS version there are no issues. I'll close this issue and open a
ticket on AWS Support
