To ensure that we haven't introduced regressions related to undefined variables
in templates, run unit tests with jinja2 configured to raise an exception on
undefined variables. Now that flask-appbuilder has been updated to fix
undefined variables in base templates, we can be confident that any undefined
variables are caused by regressions in airflow.
