This patch automates running cqlsh in the Cassandra repo. The runner script as
well as the Python requirements are now co-located. The runner script creates a
virtualenv with the necessary packages and is borrowed from the cassandra
builds repo with minor modifications. The tests are still nosetests as the goal
is to first get the tests functional and then we can dig into the failures
(most of which seem to be simple fixes). Here's the patch. I will send follow
on patches to fix the tests.
