ccycv commented on issue #4118: URL: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/4118#issuecomment-636076816 There was a VM in database in Expunging state, which for some reasons was not Destroy state. - I changed the state in db for it to - Destroy - I changed the POOL_ID to "NULL"
