https://github.com/apache/incubator-doris/issues/3624 needs to link more mem trackers. e.g. we will create a compaction mem tracker, and let all trackers in compaction be its descendants. It's troublesome to add unregister_from_parent() in every corner. Trackers in compaction have limited scope, it's ok to auto unregister them.
