There have been a couple of releases since the decision was made to [deprecate
the NoAuth
extension|https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/8e5150e784f9c87cb42d07dc344d3fd54250143dfd4d6d393e2fbff4@%3Cuser.guacamole.apache.org%3E],
and it's been roughly eight months since the NoAuth extension was last
supported. Rather than continue to distribute source and binaries for NoAuth
with future releases, it's probably time to remove the extension from the
source tree entirely.
