To have RADIUS support available in guacamole client docker image currently
manual modification of build script and start script are required.
The build script needs activate the maven profile lgpl-extensions and copy the
RADIUS extention into the destination diractory
The start script needs to link the RADIUS jar file to GUACAMOLE_HOME and pass
RADIUS environment variables into guacamole properties.
