ThomasDelteil opened a new pull request #11181: [MXNET-525] Add retry logic to download functions to fix flaky tests URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/pull/11181 A lots of "flaky" tests are because some data download or model download is resetting the connection. This is a crude implementation of a retry logic, @KellenSunderland is working on a more involved version but this should act as a stop gap measure that should solve most issues we are encountering atm.
