I assume you meant that Nvidia drivers already exists on the platform, and
that it's not installed through conda.

Given that you have multiple versions of CUDA (and assuming NV drivers too),
it might be caused by a mix-up of libraries from different versions being
loaded.

usually this happens when CUDA or GPU driver is not properly installed. are
you able to run nvidia-smi successfully?
