can someone please explain a bit more about the receive packets (from the device) when using smp console over UART. In [this document](https://github.com/apache/mynewt-mcumgr/blob/master/transport/smp-console.md) only send packets (from the PC) are explained and it is great because they have LF at the end, but it seems that is not the case with receive packages.
