Steps to reproduce
# Start with clean userdir
# Create project using Anagram sample project
# Profile the project
# Generate heap dump
# Open the heap dump
# Navigate to classes
# Select java.lang.String
# Right click and navigate to instances view of java.lang.String.
# Hover over a table cell which as ellipses (...) in value (will be present in
fields or references table)
*Expected result*
See a tooltip with full name
*Actual result*
no tool tip (see attachment no-tooltip-in-table-cell.m4v)
