Netbeans complains that it can't find symbol - class that exists. It can find
other classes from same package correctly.

I have this project as dependency: https://github.com/project-ncl/pnc-api and
the problem is with class
[Build|https://github.com/project-ncl/pnc-api/blob/master/src/main/java/org/jboss/pnc/api/deliverablesanalyzer/dto/Build.java].
The same problem occures in two different projects that use the pnc-api procet
as dependency.
