Peter Ronald Scott created NETBEANS-667: -------------------------------------------
Summary: leading characters of HTML character entity are untouched by code completion Key: NETBEANS-667 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-667 Project: NetBeans Issue Type: Bug Components: editor - Completion & Templates Affects Versions: 8.2 Environment: Windows 10, desktop PC Reporter: Peter Ronald Scott Edit an HTML file. Type in: "&eg". Activate code completion ([CTRL-space]). Select a character entity (ex: è) and apply it ([double-click], [enter]). The selected character entity is applied to the file but the original characters entered remain also. For the example used, the result is: "&egè". This behaviour is inconsistent with the application of code completion. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v7.6.3#76005) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: commits-unsubscr...@netbeans.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: commits-h...@netbeans.apache.org For further information about the NetBeans mailing lists, visit: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NETBEANS/Mailing+lists
