Example error:
I have a namespace with one topic. All Producers/consumers are cloed. I
delete the topic (no problem). Then I delete the namespace. When looking in the

If I add a retry is there a way to know that I got the exception due to the
fact that the cache was not up to date yet? If not how can I discriminate
between a real error
