Summary: Doc updates for Windows and joins with durable state

- The website needs to be updated with examples for using Windows and Joins
with durable state.
- Additionally, we should do a pass for stale docs, and update them to reflect
the current 0.14 release. Often, stale / inaccurate docs that don't evolve with
code, result in confusion.
