   假设有一个ServiceA启动并注册到了servicecomb注册中心。
   ServiceA配置Provider.global.limit=5
   
   请问：
   我直接通过Http调用ServiceA的接口，这时会有流控吗？若有流控，流控限制是：Provider.global.limit吗？
