Responsible parties added in SQL scripts, but as the new ISO 19115-1:2014
objects instead than the legacy {{ResponsibleParty}}. Consequently, those
parties are available on the branches using GeoAPI 3.1 snapshots but not on the
master using GeoAPI 3.0 release.
