Fix For: 0.7
{{GeodeticObjectParser}} parses the {{AREA}} and {{BBOX}} elements as expected,
but do not put them in the properties map given to {{CRSFactory}}. Consequently
the domain of validity do not appear in the CRS created by the WKT parser.
