[MINOR] l2-svm.dml and l2-svm-predict.dml doc improvements

Add input parameter descriptions to l2-svm.dml and l2-svm-predict.dml
scripts.
Fix CsplineCG.dml input parameter description spacing issue.

Closes #560.
