In tapestry-core we provide a few classes which depenend on EasyMock and
TestNG. This is very annoying when creating a Tapestry OSGi bundle with the BND
tool.
Following is needed:
- Move package org.apache.tapestry5.test from tapestry-core into tapestry-test
- Set scope of tapestry-test to test
